Following the slogan session, the CEO took the stage to elaborate on the company’s core pillars, starting with the mission: "Enable more people to use high-quality damping hardware." He highlighted recent progress, such as the launch of a cost-effective soft-close hinge line tailored for small furniture brands, which has helped expand access to reliable damping solutions beyond premium markets. “Every time a family avoids a slamming cabinet door or a factory reduces equipment vibration noise, we’re living up to this mission,” he emphasized. Next, the vision—"Become the HUAWEI in the damping hardware industry"—was framed with clear benchmarks: just as Huawei leads in tech innovation and global trust, the company aims to achieve top 3 market share in the Asia-Pacific region by 2026 and develop 5 industry-leading patented technologies in damping materials. “Huawei’s focus on R&D and customer-centricity is our blueprint,” the CEO added. Finally, the values—Altruism, Innovation, Focus—were tied to real team examples: the R&D team’s “altruistic” decision to share damping test data with a partner to solve a industry-wide vibration issue; the production team’s “innovative” upgrade to assembly lines that cut waste by 15%; and the sales team’s “focus” on only damping hardware, allowing them to provide hyper-specialized support to clients. The session ended with a call for everyone to embed these pillars into daily work, ensuring the company stays rooted in its purpose while chasing ambitious goals.
